I saw this earlier but didn't have time to comment. Your last sentence is very poignant and adequately sums up the human effect on pretty much anything natural.


She still hasn't foaled, and we are leaving her out to foal in her own time. She may be naturally "programmed" to wait until there is a little more spring grass. I like these native breeds, they are so easy to keep. Luckily I can still find clients who don't demand "big horses" and who appreciate scenery and culture more than galloping everywhere.
