What an amazing picture!

I've had panic attacks too. They suck. I took it as a sign that I needed to really change my life - I think that's what you did too.

Also, it's entirely too bad that D wasn't away. I really enjoy washing Dixie's gear in the beautiful new expensive washing machine.... when G's not around.

That's where I used to lead trail rides each week. I miss that.

You're right, the panic attacks told each of us to change. In my last assessment at work I rate as being minimally stressed. (They didn't look on a day when the IT was down.)

I'll have to time use of the vacuum cleaner and washing machine more carefully. However I do have a lot of tack in the house.
